GOLDACH, Switzerland – November 10, 2025 – Kellenberger’s Board of Directors has appointed Jörg Schmauder as the new Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with immediate effect. Jörg is an experienced international sales and general management executive with a distinguished career as CSO in various globally operating machine tool companies; he will be based in Goldach, Switzerland.
With this additional appointment, Kellenberger’s Global Leadership Team is complete – in addition to Jörg Schmauder, it consists of: Carsten Liske (CEO), Norbert Finger (CFO), Joe Loiselle (President America), Viktor Gaspar (President Europe), Alison Zhang (President China) and Sandro Mock (Senior Director Sales & Service ROW, i.e. Asia outside of China).
Since 2022, Jörg Schmauder served as Managing Director Sales and Vice President Sales BU Industry at SCHUNK Group where he held worldwide responsibility for global sales, business development, and product management. Prior to SCHUNK, he worked for Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen (SW) as Managing Director Sales & Marketing. Jörg Schmauder began his career at TRUMPF, where he spent more than 17 years in various leadership roles, including Head of Country Management for Global Sales – in this capacity, he managed sales across 15 subsidiaries and partners, driving market entry strategies in Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Jörg Schmauder holds a degree as Industrial Engineer (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur FH) from the University of Pforzheim of Applied Sciences, and he brings a rare blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, paired with a leadership approach rooted in collaboration and integrity.

The new CSO’s responsibilities will include – besides the successful strategy implementation – further integration across the regions America, Europe, China, and newly ROW. Jörg Schmauder will be functionally responsible for the Sales, Service and Marketing departments.
