Trace Technologies, a two-man machine shop led by Ryan Spencer, co-owner and CEO, and Douglas MacKinnon, co-owner and CFO, started with a simple idea: take years of manufacturing knowledge and turn it into a business. Ryan and Douglas brought experience from aerospace, defense, and robotics manufacturing, along with backgrounds in CNC machining, programming, setup, and manufacturing engineering.
