Dugard has dispatched another SMEC Machine Tools Europe SL2500 CNC lathe to a customer, marking a busy start to the day for the company’s team.

The machine was loaded for delivery and is already on its way to its new home, Dugard said in a LinkedIn post. The company did not identify the customer or disclose the destination, purchase value or delivery timeframe.

Dugard describes the SMEC SL2500 as a high-performance CNC turning centre designed for demanding machining applications. According to the company, the machine is intended to provide precision, reliability and productivity for users undertaking turning work.
