VOLLMER 集团重组其执行管理层，以应对公司未来的挑战。Heinz Verfürth 接管包括财务与控制、IT、行政和采购在内的全部商务职能，并与董事总经理 Tobias Trautmann 共同领导集团；Tobias Trautmann 的职责将在面向客户和市场的职能之外，扩展至工程与生产。Heinz Verfürth 是财务与转型专家，拥有多年工业企业管理和推动转型流程的经验，其专长将帮助进一步增强集团财务稳定性，并持续推进已启动的长期发展措施。监事会主席 Andreas Böhm 表示，Heinz Verfürth 与 Tobias Trautmann 组成的领导团队将把集团的技术优势与商业聚焦相结合。作为此次调整的一部分，Ralf Großhauser 将退出执行管理层，公司感谢其为技术能力发展所作的贡献。
The VOLLMER Group is realigning its executive management to address the company's future challenges. Heinz Verfürth assumes overall responsibility for the commercial functions, including Finance & Controlling, IT, Administration and Purchasing. He will lead the Group together with Managing Director Tobias Trautmann, whose responsibilities will expand to include Engineering and Production alongside the customer- and market-facing functions.
Heinz Verfürth is a proven finance and transformation expert with many years of experience in managing industrial companies, successfully driving transformation processes, and stakeholder management. His expertise will help further strengthen the Group's financial stability and consistently advance the measures already initiated to secure the company's long-term future.

As part of this realignment, Ralf Großhauser will step down from the Executive Management Board. He has decided to make way for the next phase of the company's development.
