KMF 集团投资 18.6 万英镑购入两台 NS Maquinas DM1100 ZC EVO 去毛刺与倒角机，将加工能力扩展至 1600mm，并带来显著节能效果。新设备采用改进的抽尘技术，强化了集团对能效与可持续发展的承诺。该机可一步完成激光毛刺打磨与边缘倒圆，配合塑料薄膜保护零件原有表面、仅处理边缘；单名操作员即可提升小零件加工效率。设备采用一个去毛刺接触辊与两条反向运行的砂带（装有磨块），可完成零件整个区域的倒角。集团业务发展负责人 Adam Ellis 表示，此次升级旨在满足钣金产品日益多样化的需求，是集团整体投资计划的一部分。

KMF Group has invested £186,000 in two new NS Maquinas DM1100 ZC EVO Deburring and Edge-Rounding Machines, offering significant energy savings for its production facilities.
With improved extraction technology, the new equipment expands the company’s process capability to 1,600mm and reaffirms its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.
The processed raw material deburring and edge rounding machines will also offer enhanced consistency and repeatability, with enhanced digital program storage technology.
Features include: Grinding laser burrs and rounding the edges in a single step; Edge parts with plastic foil, keeping the original finish and ensuring the work is done purely on the edges; Improving productivity on small parts with a single operator; One deburring contact roller combined with two cross belts mounted with abrasive blocks running in opposite directions, completing edge rounding on the complete area of the part.
Adam Ellis, Head of Business Development at KMF Group, commented: “This upgrade will see KMF use the latest processing technology, aimed at meeting increasingly diverse demand for sheet metal products.
“These new machines give our production facility increased capabilities with the industry’s leading equipment and are part of a wider investment plan across the business.”
