Great Days at AMB 2026

AMB 2026 in Stuttgart was a busy and rewarding show for SolidCAM. Our SolidCAM GmbH team and
colleagues from around the world presented the complete SolidCAM + SolidShop ecosystem for Digital
Manufacturing. Visitors saw how our technology works from the programming desk to the shop floor.

The main highlight of our booth was live CNC machining, with real parts cut on real machines:

GROB: live machining that showed SolidCAM technology working on the shop floor
Star: live machining alongside our GROB demonstration
Citizen Cincom L20XII: live cutting demonstrations, programmed with SolidCAM, for advanced
Swiss-type CNC machining

One Connected Workflow: SolidCAM + SolidShop

Visitors could explore the whole manufacturing workflow in one place:

Advanced CNC programming and iMachining
Machine simulation

Machine monitoring
Solutions for machine operators

SolidCAM + SolidShop connect these steps, from programming and simulation to the machine and the
people running it.

Cooperation with Citizen: SolidCAM on Both Booths

Our cooperation with Citizen was visible on both sides of the show floor. A Citizen Cincom L20XII ran live
cutting at the SolidCAM booth, and SolidCAM was also present at the Citizen booth with a dedicated
station demonstrating our Swiss programming for Citizen machines.

We also visited the Citizen booth and met with the Citizen management team to discuss our continued
cooperation. Having Citizen cutting at our booth and SolidCAM programming at theirs was a clear
demonstration of how well excellent Swiss CNC machine technology and advanced SolidCAM Swiss
programming work together.
