EMUGE 推出 EvoGrip 44 微型机械式中心夹虎钳

EMUGE has introduced the EvoGrip 44, a mechanical centric vise designed for micro-machining applications where workspace, clamping force and precision are all critical. The company said the new workholding system is intended to securely hold small, delicate components while leaving tools with as much access as possible.

Measuring 44 mm wide and 90 mm long, the EvoGrip 44 is designed to provide a compact option for machining constrained or complex parts. Despite its small footprint, EMUGE reports that the vise delivers clamping forces of up to 10 kN. The company also cites repeatability of 0.01 mm and centering accuracy of ±0.02 mm.

According to EMUGE, the compact construction creates additional clearance for cutting tools, an advantage particularly relevant to complex geometries and machining on five-axis machining centres. The stated development aim is to combine reliable holding of fine workpieces with reduced obstruction around the tool, supporting access in demanding micro- and small-part operations.

The EvoGrip 44 also incorporates features intended to simplify setup and support automated manufacturing. Its reversible jaws can be changed quickly, while the vise can be integrated into zero-point clamping systems. An automation interface is already included. EMUGE said the product is suited to micro- and small-component machining in medical technology, aerospace, watchmaking and jewellery, as well as tool and mould making.
